We stayed at an all inclusive resort and let’s just say that my usual clean-eating-21-day-fix-style of eating was not on it’s A-game. I recently went on an all-expense paid trip to Cancun, Mexico with my fit family. Based on my own experience, my workouts suffer when my nutrition is not on track. I’ve heard some people say 70%, others say 80% … but in my own, unprofessional opinion, it’s everything. If you think about it, your nutrition is 100% of the equation when it comes to getting results. It’s a REAL education in how to eat for YOUR body, forever. Don’t let the name fool you, though … it’s not a quick fix. I prefer this simple system because it keeps the quality and quantity of my food in check without getting all legalistic about things. I’m a Fix-eater … better defined as a really clean eater who refuses to count calories.
